For clients who value having a live tree, the UBC Christmas Tree Farm offers a selection of live potted Christmas trees that can go directly into your garden after Christmas. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your live tree back to the UBC Farm during the first two weeks of January. Being inside is stressful for potted trees, so not every tree will survive, but many do.
As a student run and sustainable business, we have a limited number of live potted trees for sale each year, and trees are sold on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Potted trees available include Amabilis fir, Nordmann, Douglas-fir ranging from 1-3 feet tall.
Please note that potted trees are in pots with drain holes at the base, so you will need to put these in a deep tray or tote, to protect your floors and carpets.
